The objective is to convene efforts and support the proposal manifested in my  Plan I The Climate book, part of the strategic planning of the NGO Arca Earth (https://ww.arcatierra.blogspot.com) to replacing the plastic island by mangrove forests that would serve as a purifier of the atmosphere and the oceans, would provide a refuge and food for birds and marine species. Will  create a high pressures system to avoid the formation  of storms in that part of the oceans.
Conclusion Concerted after the evaluation of problems derived from pollution and their consequences in the increase in temperatures and pollution of air and oceans, which affect the detriment of marine species and birds, as well as the increase in the incidence of cyclones, hurricanes and typhoons.
